These contractors were hired by Lennar to install and later fix flooring that creaks, cracks, and obvious dips within less than 3 months of a new construction. They came out three times over the course of a year and did shallow work each time, claiming everything was fixed. Each visit included complaints about previous work — which was done by them. The final condition of the floor is worse than when we started, and both they and Lennar refuse to fix it. I would not recommend working with them as you will end up getting low quality work and will have to pay someone else to fix their mistakes.
