Terrible experience with this company. I asked for a quote and a technician came to my house and stated they would send it when they got back to the office. From that point on I could never get a straight answer. I asked for something in writing or email and provided multiple emails. I was told someone would call me or come see me 3 days later. I asked to speak to a manager and the “dispatcher” doesn’t know who it is or how to contact them. Long story short I never got anywhere after a week of calling these people multiple times. I’m thankful that we didn’t go through with the work with this company because it seems extremely shady. I would HIGHLY NOT recommend them to anyone.
