We had a problem with our heater on Friday evening and I contacted Charlotte Mechanical on Saturday morning and described what was happening and Nick was able to assist us within a few hours. Nick is informative and thorough. He is professional and courteous. Very pleased with this company and Nick.

These guys blew my mind - specifically Kris! I have worked with plenty of service professionals over the years and never in all those years have I ever seen the level of service, professionalism and willingness to do whatever it takes as I got the chance to experience today with Kris. He was simply one of a kind and if he is any indication of the team at Charlotte Mechanical - well you have a customer for life! Could not more highly recommend these guys and if you get Kris - consider yourself lucky!

The guy was very professional, neat and clean and did not track any dirt or snow in my house. He was knowledgeable and informed me every step. I am having him come back in a couple of weeks to clean and maintain my furnace. Thomaz is awesome and he won my trust. I hope i spelled his name right.

BEST customer service! I moved into a new condo last week and a new hvac had been installed a month ago that was making horrible noise! The original installer would not return my calls. I called Charlotte Mechanical and Sydney could not have been more helpful!! She was so patient and kind. I was not even a current customer but i found out they service my unit type. She got Tomas out there that day and he could not have been more helpful!!! I signed up to have them continue servicing my unit.

Charlotte Mechanical (Kris) serviced our furnace today and I must say that the service call was amazing. Kris was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do, completed the job, and then explained what he did. This service provided was simply outstanding. I would hire Charlotte Mechanical again as well as recommend them to friends and family.
