Charlotte Plumbing is, quite simply, the best! I had a water pipe burst in the wall of my home in Punta Gorda and called Charlotte Plumbing on the suggestion of my girlfriend. The girl who answered the phone was very polite and helpful. She informed me that one of her technicians was finishing up a job and that he would be right over. When Jay arrived on scene, I knew right away that he was the right person for the job. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and he got right to work fixing the pipe. He had the whole job done in under an hour and I was back in business. I would definitely recommend Charlotte Plumbing if you find yourself needing plumbing services. You can be assured the job will be done right the first time AND at a very reasonable price!

The entire experience was flawless, from Courtney who handled the quote and scheduling to Jay and John who replaced my faucets and valve stops. They went above and beyond to correct a previous issue with the supply line. Very satisfied with the work done professionally and at a reasonable price.

This company is excellent! I can’t believe they came so quick, i had my water heater not working properly and technician Jay Burton fixed really fast! He was professional and very knowledgeable. Jay Burton is very knowledgeable. Always on time very thorough in explaining what could possibly be the problem I would recommend him and his company for any of your plumbing problems. I have a new home and this was paid for by the warranty on the home. One of my vents was stuck underneath the master sink and he was able to discover why there is bubbling up into the toilet.

My experience with Charlotte Plumbing was AWESOME, from start to finish. My experience with CJ from the beginning was very professional, he is very knowledgeable and his customer service was so appreciated. I spoke to him Saturday evening about a sewer line that had been damaged by an installation of a fiber utility. He had the job scheduled for repair Sunday morning. Neo arrived on time and was also very professional, got right to work. He explained and showed me exactly what had happened. He had the repair made in just over 2 hours. I once again had full use of my bathrooms! I couldn’t be HAPPIER!! Thank you, thank you, thank you for spending your Sunday morning dealing with my urgent need!!
