We’re thrilled with the job Charlotte Rug Cleaning and Repair did on two of our rugs! I wish I had taken before pictures because you wouldn’t have been able to tell they’re the same rugs. They were super friendly, professional, and the whole process was really easy. In addition to doing a deep clean on both rugs, they fixed a super old rug we had that was shredded on two edges with rug fringes and border repair.
