Jose and his team are not responsible, follow-up through and their job is not great. Make sure to to review the contract very careful. Their contracts are very vague. I do not recommend them at all. You will regret it ! A lot of lies unfortunately be careful. They promise to do things that they were suppose to get done and DID NOT! and made millions of excuses and do not keep his word. He will promise to come a day and never show up ! Done several times.This was a stressful situation working with him and his team. Things that got done were done incorrect if we didn’t say anything it would have been left like that. We are very disappointed we expected better. What an experience smh.

We've had an excellent experience working with Jose and his whole team at Charlotte Y Home Improvement! I have an 1873 historic Victorian home, and so many exterior paint companies that came with great reviews and experience didn't want to deal with the numerous issues our house came with. Everything from rotted wood siding, to lead paint, my house was due for a complete overhaul. And that is exactly what Jose and his crew were able to do. They dealt with the lead paint in accordance to all safety protocols and within a few weeks had the whole house scrapped, sealed, repaired all carpentry work, and painted. I finally made the decision to replace my old, rickety, bowing, unsafe staircase that extends from the basement to the first floor. I had checked out a few contractors who either never returned my call, or were not willing to complete the job. Jose came to my home to assess the project on a weekend, less than 24 hours after I first contacted him. He provided a very fair price, and even made exceptional suggestions that did not make the price skyrocket. Being that this was an interior job, I was okay with waiting until a "rainy day" or even a weekend. Less than five days later, Jose arrived with the foreman (Andre) and his crew to build my new staircase.
