Charm Builders done an excellent job building a four season room onto the back of our house. They were easy to work with, very accomodating and professional. They are a hard working crew that put it up fast, yet very meticulous. I don't see any flaws, and don't think anyone could do a better job.

A huge shout out to Charm Roofing for their amazing work on replacing our 24 year old roof of our home and shed. These guys are the hardest working, super fast, talented craftsman’s that I have ever seen and would highly recommend! They do amazing work from start to clean up and all complete in one morning! If you need any type of roof work, they get my highest recommendation!

You will not find a better company for your roofing needs.Their team of young guys showed up on the date promised in early October 2025. They worked diligently all day until my job was perfectly completed. I had gotten 5 other roofing quotes before contracting Charm Builders. I just happened to stumble upon Charm by a referral by a tile contractor. I was so appreciative of his recommendation. Daniel, Charms estimator, was wonderful. Update: Reducing my rating based on this business’s response. While reviewing something this harshly makes me feel embarrassingly like a “Karen”, nothing stated in their reply is true. I got quotes from experts to tell me how to do the project. Whatever Charm would have suggested and quoted would have been what we did. The project was completed brilliantly by another company. There were not any insurmountable obstacles with the project - nor any unreasonable requests from me.
