I live in a house built in the 1950s. Since the latter part of October, 2024 I’ve been living in this partially lit house that had become a nightmare After several electricians’ failure to find the root of the problem, they decided to ghost me. I began to feel that the house may never be fully lit again. I discovered Charm City during my desperate search for help on the web. CHARM is the perfect name that depicts the characteristics of both Joe and Phil. Their mannerisms are very pleasant, polite and friendly. Both very knowledgeable in their skills and they complemented one another. Because of past experiences, I was very skeptical about hiring them but I’m so glad I did.
