We needed significant chimney repairs following a chimney fire and Charmed tirelessly worked with our home insurance company in order to ensure that our repairs would be covered. I was very impressed with Rob and Donald who came out to look at the flue for my gas chimney. They actually determined that no service was necessary and explained how to determine if service was necessary. This is in contrast to another chimney company I called who seemed much more for focused on the fee than my chimney situation.
