We had a faucet freeze and break after leaving a hose attached during the freeze last weekend. Charter was out promptly to repair it. Great service, very professional crew, and reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Charter Plumbing was excellent. Their worker arrived on time, was very professional and ch ad our leak repaired in less than 2 hours. I will definitely use them again! Highly recommend. The office staff I spoke with was excellent as well!

This is the second time I have used Charter Plumbing. The first time was to repair a water leak in my outside faucet in the middle of winter with below freezing temps. It was so cold there were icicles on the faucet and down the outside of my house. The guys bit the bullet and made the repairs promptly. I called them again this week to repair my garbage disposal and a water leak to my barn. They came out the same day I called. Eric was very polite, courteous and professional. His partner (I don't recall his name) was very nice and professional as well. While Eric as repairing my disposal in the house his partner was already outside digging the ground to locate the leak in the water line to my barn. Charter PAE came out to service my HVAC unit, and the experience was excellent. My technician, Adam, was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional throughout the visit. He shared a wealth of helpful information and explained other services the company offers without being pushy. Communication was outstanding from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, and I received text updates letting me know when Adam was on his way, he even arrived early. The entire service call took about an hour. I would highly recommend Charter PAE. I plan to have them inspect my ductwork for leaks as we prepare for the Texas summer heat.

Dakota and Andrew were extremely efficient in repairing the issue I had wirh my stand alone bathtub. My options were explained regarding repairs in such a way as to not feel pressure to do one over the other. They were both very professional and courteous. I will be calling Charter again not if but when my next plumbing problem appears.
