Chase Carpet Care - Carpet Cleaning

I was really pleased with the service I received from Chase Carpet. The techs did a fantastic cleaning the carpets and upholstered furniture in my 2-story house. They got out all the stains and ground in dirt, even from the stairs. The carpets were not soaked, as I had experienced in the past from another service, and dried within 24 hours. (though just to be sure, we waited additional time before putting the furniture back). Plus they were on-time, careful, and efficient.

The guys from Chase Carpet Care came this morning promptly at 9:00 as they said they would. We took them on a tour around the house showing them the furniture that we didn't want them to lift up versus the pieces that we did want them to lift and clean under. A couple of hours later, we walked through the house and saw no more spots on our carpet! There were pieces of either foil or foam under the legs of every piece of furniture they moved, and the carpet looked fantastic. The guys were professional, efficient, and we highly recommend the services of Chase Carpet Care. This is the third or fourth time we have used this company, so this is not a one-time experience of excellence.

Had a great experience from start of the inquiry process to completion of our upholstery cleaning and Microseal. Ann was thorough in providing information on services and answering my questions. I found the company to be honest and transparent about process and costs. Our cleaning was done by Devan and Kenny. They did an excellent job, they were informative and efficient.
