We looked at several roofing companies. Talked to their reps. Learned things we weren't aware of. When it came to Chase Construction NW we found the right team. From the start, Gary was easy to work with and suggested and assured us of the process. When the Chase Team started the tear off, they were thorough, quick and hard working. The order for the metal for the roof was quick and they began installation as soon as they got it. The metal team did the work in 3 days, skillfully placing the metal together and ensuring quality craftmanship was priority. The gutter team came by and installed the gutters in less than 4 hrs and the roof was complete. The next day it rained and No Leaks :-) , as expected. I recently just had a leak in my roof which resulted in water dripping into one of my guests rooms. I first called Guardian roofing and they came out and gave me an estimate. I then had Chase construction come out and give me an estimate as well. Both companies told me my roof was close to needing replacing as the roof is almost 15 years old. Chase construction quoted my roof repair 25% less than Guardian roofing offered. Both companies also gave me quotes for a new roof system as well. Guardian roofing quoted me 25k-42k depending on the roof. Chase construction quoted me 15k for a whole new roofing system. I chose to temporarily fix the leak and post pone the roof replacement for now. Because of the lower prices and far more superior customer service I had Chase construction fix the leak.

So when it comes to an amazing roofing company, I definitely suggest Chase Roofing. These guys were amazing I ended up having my roof put on in 2015 and the work was done okay but not done properly. By another contractor. Then Chase Roofing came in in fixed my Inlet flow of air properly. They were extremely helpful kind caring when they didn't have the correct shingles. I had gotten specialty shingles brought up from Oregon . The style is a East Coast style . they made sure to come back a second time and get the right shingles on it. They worked with me on my week on week off schedule. They were quick attentive very kind caring I am definitely going to use them in the future. Chase himself came out to look at my roof for warranty work and did an *extremely* thorough inspection of both my interior (attic) and exterior roof areas after I discovered leaks left behind by the - now bankrupt - previous roofers. He was extremely friendly, on time, and communicative. Took extensive picture evidence both inside and out seemed very straightforward and honest in his assessment and what I could expect going forward. I'm looking forward to working with him and his team to wake me from this nightmare!

I needed a new roof and got several bids before I chose Chase Construction. My home was built in 1929 and has a steep roof with many custom angles. I knew this would be a tough job and I wanted a company that knew what they are doing. I am very pleased to report that my roof looks great. The foreman on the job is very knowledgeable and communicated with us the entire time. I would highly recommend Chase Construction to anyone.
