Chase Construction did an amazing job with some updates to my kitchen and house. I am thankful I called for their services. Mike’s workmanship is top notch. Mike is not only professional but he is also extremely reliable and dependable. I get so many compliments on his tile work. Chase Construction exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Chase Construction to anyone!

We hired Mike for our deck project with specialty railings, replace a slider, take out a bay window and install a slider and replace double hung window in bathroom with a smaller window. He is definitely a solid finish carpenter but his level of work for framing is equally as strong. Throughly pleased with the level of work he did. He's a perfectionist and his quality of work is as if he lived there himself. Looking forward to future projects and utilizing him for them.

We recently hired Chase Construction to completely renovate our bathroom, install a stand up shower and add an entrance to the backyard. What stood out to me in the process is the amount of communication that Mike provided along the way, in addition to his ability to consult with me and provide me options based on his experience. There were upgrades made along the way that I would have never thought about such as waterproofing certain areas. The price was fair and the project was completed within the budget provided at the beginning of the project. I would hire Mike/Chase Construction again enthusiastically for any home improvement project!

I recently purchased a multi family in CT and one unit needed a major renovation. Mike absolutely transformed this one bedroom apartment. He was excellent at communicating with me and really made it as stress free as possible. He gave me comprehensive updates as he went along and was always available for questions. Mike helped guide me through design ideas and really thinks outside the box. With hearing so many horror stories of other contractors from friends and family I was grateful to have had a smooth and on-budget project completed.
