Ian has been our plumber for well over 10 years, and we will never call anyone else. He and his team are top-notch. Everything is done with precision, and you can trust the work they do. They are also thoughtful about cost; they’ll never try to get you to do more work than is necessary and in fact, will point out if something could use replacing but isn’t critical. This was an annual furnace tune-up appointment and it was exceptional! Chase Plumbing arrived on schedule, got right to work, and when finished, answered all of my questions. I did an extensive search across highly-rated plumbers for my replacement heating system job. I felt very well treated by Chase Plumbing throughout the estimating process, and their communication was excellent. I wanted to take a moment to personally recognize the outstanding service recently provided by Chase technicians on a gas fire high efficiency boiler system. The two technicians assigned were exceptionally thorough, professional, and knowledgeable from start to finish. They communicated clearly throughout the visit, explaining their findings and recommendations in a straightforward and professional manner. The system is fully operational again.
