I want to express my annoyance with the door-to-door sellers of this company. They do not respect the signs of "Do Not Request / No Knock / No Trespassing" and knock on the door as if they were the owners of the property. Not only did they ignore the clearly visible warning, but they hit or touched in an abrupt way that scares anyone. I can't comment on the quality of the work because I wouldn't even get to hire them after seeing the way their representatives behave. A serious company must ensure that its staff respects the fact that people do not want to be disturbed in their homes, much less that the bell or door is ringed aggressively. I used Chase roofing a few years ago for a leak on an older roof. They did a great job then. I needed repair after Milton and my new roof company is out of business. I called around because I couldn't remember "Chase roofing" to do the repair. So many roofers are doing big jobs and weren't interested. Then it hit me, call Chase. Excellent experience with Chase Roofing from start to finish. They took drone pictures of my roof, gave a quick quote, and completed my job in a week. Cindy in the front office was very helpful and thorough in making sure my request was processed with no problems whatsoever. Dylan and his crew were on time, professional and completed the job with expert skill and care for my tile roof. I was very impressed with the quality of the work and how they restored my roof better than new.
