Cheap spot to park (via Spothero), but the garage is 'open,' meaning no significant barriers besides the electronic arm and it's very easy to walk into. Elevator was also problematic as well. Our vehicle was fine, but there are other more 'secure' options that might be slightly better.

I have no idea why this isn't on the map. Hands down THE best and cheapest place to park in the area. Spaces are wide and deep. The "reserved" spaces in the day are always open after business hours. I have never had to drive up to the second floor to get a spot. Special event days will raise the rate a little, but nowhere near what the other price gouging places ask.The guys taking your money are super professional and nice... It has been my go to place for years and there is always ample parking. $10 to park for the entire evening of 4th street visits? Seriously? Arrive at 7PM and leave a little before 2:00AM the next day... $10. Count me in. But, of course, now.... I guess the word is out.

There should be 0 star for this garage and service. I parked my car in the garage on May 12th. I entered the garage at 2:40 pm and exit at 3:43. When I tried to return my ticket to the machine near the exit, I noticed that there was an incomplete check-out left on the machine and I couldn't insert my ticket. Later I had to insert my credit card and completed the check-out for others. It cost me 30 dollars and after that, I paid again for my own ticket, which cost me 10 dollars.

We entered this parking lot tonight by mistake and then realized that we had to go to the parking lot where the Comedor restaurant was. In short, we decided to get out of this parking lot and go to the Valet parking, which is more convenient. On the way out, when my husband inserted his card, the machine charged us $30, which is not fair at all. We only stayed there for 5 minutes. this is ridiculous. :::((((((((
