We had a leak in our kitchen sink basket and knew to call Chastain. Joe, our technician, was prompt, informative and highly experienced. You can’t do better than a company that is “for service”, rather than profit. Joe got the work done fast, made a few observations regarding other items to consider due to us redoing our kitchen in the near future, and was out of the house in 30 mins max! The prices are 100% reasonable. We have used Chastain multiple times and will continue to do so. Thank you!

Simple water heater repair for ruptured expansion tank done in under 15 mins, very nice office staff and easy to schedule, very kind and quiet plumber who came out to fix the issue. Our water heater had a significant leak and needed to be replaced completely. Same day service had Dallas and Connor out here to fix the problem and was back to having hot showers the same evening.
