17 year old AC died. This is a busy time yet two techs managed to come out today. They explained in depth my options for the repair. Could hardly have been more helpful in both quickly diagnosing a problem with a unit he had nothing do with originally AND in fixing it on the spot AND for realizing that Patty is the member of our household who basically knows how things work and explaining things to her rather than to me.
