I am from Cleveland area and go to college at Chatt State and am rarely downtown area. I had parked at UTC payed to park all that. I was parked on a two way street and had gotten a ticket for facing the wrong direction which I had no clue was a thing. I had parked like this before while down there recently probably 3 times before. I asked a family member who is a lawyer if this was real, his response was “I’ve never seen it be enforced like that in my 35 years of experience” so I called them and the lady I talked to was extremely rude and when I explained my reasoning it was a short answer. Told her about what my family member said and she responded “It’s enforced.” I also left my car at 1:00 PM and the ticket was cited at 1:02 hmmm seems like a scam. These guys are predators. Received a parking violation today, 12/29/2025. The parking happened on 12/8/25. Here's the breakdown... * Parking $45 * Late fee $30 * Admin fee $3 I tried to appeal about the late fee because I just now got the ticket in the mail. Note no physical ticket was issued or attached to my car in 12/8. And their system said I'm Ineligible to appeal because it's past the 10 day window. Are you kidding me? It's borderline criminal what they're doing to extract more money out of people

I don't have a cell phone and don't know where the credit card meters are. I mailed a check to pay for a ticket, but kept getting bills anyway. I have paid $40 over the fee just to satisfy them.

I was issued a parking ticket that I didn't notice was on my windshield until I was moving and it blew off. I called and they removed the late fee for not paying it. Months later, I was issued another parking ticket that I never saw on my windshield (they have a picture of it on there, but I never saw it). After receiving an overdue payment notice in the mail, I called again to see if there was any leeway, and there was none. And once I logged in to pay it, it had been raised from $20 to $70 and they charged a $2 service fee just to squeeze out a little more money from me.

Abysmal. Special event downtown, and a small sign that says parking $10 with an awkward looking guy standing next to it. Thought it was a scam. Didn’t try to get my attention whatsoever. I pay with the QR code (no signs saying not to besides the sketch $10 sign) and get a $40 ticket. Maybe adjust prices online for special events instead of having a small rinky dink sign posted.
