Chavez Professional Cleaning

We hired Victor for a deep clean. When we met, I told him that I wanted his crew to systematically go through every room and wipe down every surface. Unfortunately, the photos speak for themselves. We found obvious dirt and dust everywhere after he said he was done. He did do a great job on the windows, and he came back to fix areas he missed (including some of the ones in these photos), but we continued to find dirty and dusty surfaces in the coming days and weeks. He did give us a discount, but I would have just rather paid him more for a job well done. The entire experience was extremely stressful and a huge waste of time and money.

I saw a couple low reviews, but my neighbor highly recommended Chavez professional cleaning so I decided to give them a try. I received same-day call back, quick and convenient scheduling, fair price, and excellent work. I had them clean all the exterior windows on my two-story home. They were filthy. Father and son (Victor Sr. and Jr.) came out, did an excellent job. I’ve had my windows clean before and felt I was over charged but not the case with this company. I’m glad I took my neighbors advice, and will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Chavez Cleaning came to clean the home I was moving into. They only cleaned 4 bedrooms, living room, office, 2.5 baths and a playroom with windows. My garage and kitchen were both being worked on so they did not have todo that. Before cleaning they did NOT give me a quote and then when they were done they had the audacity to charge me over 1200$!!!!!!! I just had another home in Los Angeles cleaned that was 2x the size and they charged me 600$! I was blown away by that price. Firstly they should have contacted me first if they knew it would be that much and secondly after he invoiced me and I told him my experience and opinion on the job and the price he continued to hound me, show up at my private residence and threaten me. I told him that my business manager sent it and it’s in the mail

Chavez Cleaning is thorough and reasonably priced and the staff is friendly. They have worked for me for years in my business, as well as my home.
