BEWARE USING THIS COMPANY Technician came out for 2nd time. Said he had to adjust the temp. Used oven tonight and the broiler was stuck on, and burned our meal. Don't think he knows what he is doing. Tech closed out our ticket with home warranty company. Now I need to submit a claim with the claims department. The tech claims there is nothing wrong with our oven ...CLEARLY THERE IS A PROBLEM.. THEY WERE UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE. BEWARE USING THIS COMPANY

Wow! I don’t believe we’ve ever encountered such high quality appliance repair before. This company hits all the five star marks! Washer temporarily fixed on first visit and promised he would be back the next week and followed thru on his promise. I received text alerts for updates. Just an absolute high quality company!
