How often do people walk into your kitchen and say, "I love your stove"? It happens to us all the time. We bought our AGA from Chefcargo in early 2020. It is our second AGA. Our experience with Matthew was exceedingly pleasant throughout the entire transaction. Matthew provided professional and courteous replies to our many questions, and always in a timely manner. Our AGA has served us very well and we highly recommend this brand for excellent food preparation.

We ordered our AGA in March of 2018 and it arrived in July. Smooth process start to finish, despite not having any knowledge of when our cooker was going to arrive - I don't think that was Matt's fault, though - apparently the AGA customer service communication is not great! Don't hesitate to order through him - he is trustworthy and can answer your questions. Our induction plate wasn't working when we installed our AGA, and Matt took care of that right away.

I have bought 2 AGA's from Mathew. I don't have photos as they are patiently waiting for me to have a kitchen! (I have had an AGA for many years already so knew what I wanted.) Matthew communicates faster and is more helpful than any company I have ever bought anything from. Really truely. Even when I have had a tiny question about another company and buying little bits for the AGA he was as quick and as helpful as when I bought each AGA. I would never go anywhere else!

Nothing but the highest of praise for this company. We had been looking to purchase an Aga and had reached out to several companies across North America. Matt gave us so much help with acquiring exactly what we had hoped for. Every question we had was answered immediately and professionally. We live in Canada and shipping and delivery was made painless. Our Aga is now installed and we couldn't' be happier. Hands down, this company is the best!!
