From 9 to 3??? Did you do that to purposefully screw over the working man?? Your hours are set just so that anyone that has HAS to come in person has to take time off work, I had to pay the previous owners bill, then come in person take half a day off work, hit traffic one day refused to stay 3 extra minutes for me to get there to take a second half day off work!!! Had the previous owners bill to pay over 100$ then pay the deposit 77$ all while causing me about 750$ in lost work!!! What a joke! I'm out almost a thousand dollars.... To the freaking sewer!!!

Dealing with this place is terribly inconvenient. They have horrible hours, and some services must be done in person. People who work will have to take time off in order to take care of any business here.

I called and begged them to stay 5 extra mins so that i may pay my bill and have service restored because you must do this in person. They absolutely refused to stay the 5 mins! I dont even owe the majority of the bill it is their mistake but instead of listening to the customer they tell me I must pay hundreds of dollars I do not owe and can easily prove their mistake and only then will they restore my service and listen to my complaint. So 3 weeks plus no water and umpteen times tryimg to get here by 3 which is impossible all cause they messed up. I am completely fed up with this place and i am going to be heard because this is the absolute worst customer service on the planet!!! I bet ya I domt even get an apology after their mistake is shown to them! And how about the weeks and weeks O

They have always been very fair with me and worked with me. I have had my water turned off, but it has been my own fault not theirs because I didn't live up to my part of the deal.

Absolutely horrific service, ridiculous hours, zero options to contact after hours, and completely incompetent employees. I didn't think it was possible to find a place worse than the DMV yet here we are.
