The things I appreciated: The technician communicated his ETA and arrived earlier than expected (allowing us plenty of morning sunlight into the space). The steam cleaning technique and product turned out to be a great recommendation for my linen type frabic. My area rug and love seat were cleaned pretty good. The things that I did not like: The technician did not have shoe covers. What sense does it make to deep clean carpet while wearing shoes that’s been exposed to outside elements? Towards the end of the service the tech noticed that his machine had leaked water on to the wood floor. He didn’t appear to have towels so I offered him a couple and he cleaned it up. Worst of all, I expressed concerned about my ottoman still looking a bit dinghy. He said he had done all that he could do and

Before, and after pictures of pet stain (rubbing body against it), removed from one of the chairs. Bryan was great and very thorough on the cleaning process for all items. He knocked out two chairs, two rugs, and a loveseat Very quickly. Equipment he used did a great job of extracting water/cleaning solution from items. Left items, barely damp.
