Chem-Dry by the Emerald Coast

We had a great experience with Chem dry. When setting up an appointment they called me back within five minutes. They scheduled it promptly and they were professional and thorough. Kevin came promptly at 9:00 am and did a fantastic job. He went straight to work and the carpets look brand new. Thank you Chem dry and Kevin for excellent customer service!!!! Excellent value for the money. I called another company before calling them & the other company never answered or called me back. Chem dry came out cleaned the carpet in my van the next day, used hot water extraction on my couch & they cleaned the grout in my kitchen. I would recommend this company. The owner came out as well and really did everything in his power to ensure our satisfaction. Thank you chem-dry!
