Chem-Dry by the Millers

I have been a Chem-Dry customer for 24 years in three different states. The technicians are personable, prompt, and they deliver a high quality product. Obtaining an appointment or rescheduling are hassle-free. My carpets are clean and look great! There was no obnoxious odor. Absolutely, nothing to complain about!! I highly recommend Chem-Dry by the Millers!!

Wonderful service, my carpets look great! They were able to remove some pet odor issues we had, which a previous cleaner was unable to remove. We will definitely use this service again.

I would absolutely recommend Chem/dry by the Millers - they are super thorough and so professional. I’ve used other services that just zipped through the house in 45 minutes while this company was there for hours. So much nicer and better. I highly recommend.

First time I used this service and Adrian made our carpets look like new. He did such a great job and was very thorough, was careful moving furniture and even vacuumed every room before he cleaned them. The price was worth it and so were the extra's. Jen who sets up the appointments is a joy to work with. This company has it going on!!!!! Adrian even made our deck carpeting look like new. Will have them come back twice a year since service is so good and pricing is even better!!!!

I typically don't leave reviews, but I feel it's important to share my recent disappointing experience with Chem-Dry by The Millers. I strongly advise against choosing this cleaning company. I contacted Chem-Dry online to schedule an appointment and received a call to confirm. During scheduling, I specifically requested that they clean under a sectional in my living room by moving it out of the way. I added that I would be glad to help move the pieces, I was told that this would not be a problem. When the two-person crew arrived, I repeated my request about the living room and pointed out all the areas needing attention. However, my concerns grew when I inspected their work in an upstairs bedroom and found dirt around an air vent untouched, this was an obvious area that needed to be clea
