Chem-Dry By Turner

Cheapest price in town. I had my office carpet cleaned and they did a great job. Came out the next day and had it done very quickly. I had 4 rooms cleaned and all of them look brand new. It sure beats buy all new carpet. Thanks again!

Had my carpets cleaned and I wasn't impressed with the results. I called Mr. Turner to see what we could do about it. He was the rudest person in the planet!! I don't want that man in my house ever again!! He treated me like a child on the phone didn't even let me finish my complaint. He has a zero in Customer services!! I threat to cancel Credit card, he said he would sue me! As a customer I have everything to loose! I felt threated and unsafe!! I called central Chem Dry offices and they can't do anything, this is a franchise and Mr. Turner is the owner, how sad!! Will not use him or recommend him. Watch out!!!

Had some flood damage from the recent storm. Chem-Dry By Turner came in and cleaned it all up! Everything is back to normal. Thank you!
