Chem-Dry of Arlington & Alexandria

Wow! My 6 year old carpet looks new! It’s a slow time of year, so they had a next day appointment. This was terrific for my rental. I had two rooms cleaned, living room and primary bedroom. Service was great. I filled out a questionnaire and they called within 30 minutes. Joshua was right on time! He was polite, informative, thorough and speedy!

My dog had an accident on the carpet in the middle of the night and I emailed chem dry at 8:30 am, they called me immediately and booked me, showed up at 9:30 am which was so convenient and quick and they cleaned my carpet for such a great price, and the tech was SOO NICE. I will have them on speed dial lol. I’ve attached before and after pictures.

Chris and the staff at Chem-Dry provided excellent service. Their work was professional and responsive to our specific requests. Their costs were very reasonable for the services we required. We would absolutely use Chem-Dry of Arlington & Alexandria again, and highly recommend them.

Chris and the Chem-Dry team are top notch. If only all service providers could be as professional! I love that Chem-Dry is willing to pick up and deliver your rug free of charge. They are great at what they do, easy to communicate with, and lovely people. If you've been looking for a rug cleaner, look no further!
