I had a wonderful experience with Chem-Dry Brazos Valley Carpet Cleaners. The lady who took my call was incredibly kind, and when I asked for the first available appointment, she was able to schedule me for the very next morning, which I truly appreciated. Brandon and Brad were both professional, courteous, and extremely attentive to detail. I was especially impressed that they used protective feet under the furniture while cleaning to keep everything safe and spotless. They finished the job in about an hour, and my carpet looks brand new. I had a stubborn plant stain and quite a bit of dog hair, and they handled both beautifully. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing carpet cleaning.

I found out 2 days before move-in that my rental house was soaked to the bones in pet urine, and the entire chem-dry team was so incredibly helpful in making sure I was gonna be moving into a habitable house. Sue was absolutely amazing; she was so kind and helpful in coordinating service for me all within the span of a day. So so so grateful!! And they did an amazing job with just a few hours notice.

They showed up on time and were very professional and courteous. Once they saw what type of material was on they couch they got started on it. They did an amazing job and left the couch looking new. I would highly recommend them.

Bradley is so reliable. He will let you know if they’re even going to be 10 minutes late. He comes over, no muss no fuss, is very friendly and kind, gets the job done and then leaves. The price is very reasonable and the work is capable and quick.
