The technician, Alex, was extremely rude!!! He was upset that I did not want to spend $1,000 to clean 4 bedrooms and a basement. I opted to do 4 bedrooms and only one side of my basement as that was what was needed. When I checked over his work the bedrooms looked fine. However, the basement didn’t look as if it had even been touched. When I brought this to his attention, his became irate and proceeded to tell me how I live in a $1.5 million dollar home and I shouldn’t have had an issue with paying $1k to clean my carpets. I have had contractors in and out of my home for various reasons. I have NEVER had anyone be this rude or disrespectful. He is truly a poor representation of the ChemDry brand. The owner of the company was extremely apologetic and took off for the area he did not clean.

Alex was great. My carpets were heavily stained, he did a great job. My carpets look wonderful now.. he also cleaned two chairs and an ottoman, and they look fabulous. Thanks, Alex.

Great experience with the Chem Dry Team. We had several area rugs cleaned, one of which had some bad pet urine stains that I had tried several things to remove and been unsuccessful. They were able to get the stains COMPLETELY out and we are SO PLEASED with the results. From scheduling to day of the entire experience was great.
