Chem-Dry Of Victoria

We contacted Chem-Dry to clean our church hall floor. Amy scheduled us right away and gave a reasonable quote for the cleaning. Joshua came one day to measure the floor and let us know that he could clean and seal the floor. The next week he showed up with all his equipment and completed the job in one day. The floor tiles are old, but they were cleaned well and sealed. We are satisfied with the results and service.

The first time through this process with Joshua was not good. He courteous and professional for the most part. When I realized that I was not going to be satisfied with the job he was doing, I called the office to let them know. While on the phone he raised his voice to me in my own home and told me that I needed to talk to him. He repeated the job but did not use the suction equipment the second time, left stripes of dirt in my carpet from the rotating machine, and very wet carpet that took all night to dry. Joshua also left my vinyl floors with soap scum and wetness everywhere. After he left I sent pictures of the job he did to the office and at this time they offered to redo the job. Josh and Aaron were so very courteous and polite. Introduced themselves and explained what they were here to clean our carpet due to a/c leak. I called Caney Run office and Chem dry was here within 15 minutes. I highly recommend Chem Dry. Very professional and very productive. I am extremely impressed and satisfied with their service. Professional guys, very informative and friendly. Not professional quality work. We are in the process of listing our home for sale and wanted to have the carpets PROFESSIONALLY cleaned before we start showings. I did not get professional quality service but was definitely charged for it. Out of the five carpeted rooms we had cleaned, we had ONE stain/problem area …. And they were not able to remove the stain. In fact, they used so many cleaning products on it that the carpet/stain are now very coarse in that one area. This was after I had to call them to come back because an area under a crib was not done after I was told they would move small furniture like that when I made the appointment.
