Had a large multi zone system installed that was quite complex. The entire team worked through the intense heat to make sure everything was perfect. Haven’t worked with an irrigation company as capable and thorough. Highly recommend.

They did our sprinklers and seem really great but reached out twice for additional projects and they simply don’t call back or respond. I think they are literally burdened by too much work - which is just normal for the trades now unfortunately. Update: I needed the sprinkler system repaired and serviced urgently so I figured I'd give them a call first, maybe they have sorted out their communication challenges since last time I tried them. Fortunately I connected with someone in their office who took my repair request and the next day was contacted and scheduled. They came out and did great work again but the tech just left without saying he was done or doing a final walk through or to give me an invoice or tell me what to expect from the office. April 2021 Update- We also engaged with Chenail to redo our entire landscape. They completed this work in early fall of 2020. The work was phenomenal. It is most evident this Spring as everything has come to life. They have such deep knowledge of what works in our Connecticut climate. We have had friends engage with them after seeing the work at our home. They delivered above and beyond for them as well. We recommend them highly. Just a great company to work with.
