York, PA Interstate 83 @ Mt. Rose area. Project has been going on for over 3 years. They have hardly ever been working, I drive that road daily and for years only seen them work three times @ 330am when passing through. Lanes are in poor shape, odd angles and not marked, making it unsafe. They are now looking at competing 1.5 years later than expected...you get what (our tax dollars) pay for PENNDOT. Someone should be fired.

I think my grandkids will be born before Mount Rose project is completed. Underbid and then under perform. I was in college when this started. I have since moved to 3 different apartments in Maryland and bought a house back in PA. All while mount rose exit still looks like a war zone. Absolute dump of a company. Google should make “ stars an option. It’ll go bankrupt but the owners will make out just fine. They clearly took the money and ran.

I never heard of Cherry hill until the mt. Rose project. Now they are well known for doing such a piss poor job. Horrible execution cherry hill. Since day 1 there has never been a full crew working. Kinsley should have gotten this project.

Another morning commute stuck in the parking lot that has become an almost daily occurrence on i83 at the Mount Rose exit. Another snails pace, single lane crawl past another wadded up vehicle. Another air bag deployed, another headlight littering the road and another hood folded like a toddlers first attempt at origami. I wonder how many of these accidents would've been avoided if Cherry Hill had come even close to the project deadline? How many injuries could have been avoided?

It's been 5 years since the Mt. Rose project started on 83. Anyone who drives on 83 knows this company failed to perform and wasted a lot of money. Glad they are getting fined everyday it goes past the deadline.
