We are out of the area Carlos normally services. But we were having the worst algae bloom on the planet and could not get it under control. Carlos came out and helped us clean it and gave is instructions and pointers to continue clearing it up. He also offered to come out and vacuum it again if needed a week later. No additional visit needed, following his advice we went from "lake" to beautiful pool in less than a week and now my kids are actually enjoying this heat!

I put a pool up for my daughter's and had no idea how to maintain it. Carlos came out, got me on track and gave me a crash course on how to keep it clean. Thanks to him it has been a great success for my family.
