It has been 25 days since we picked up our almost $3000.00 vanity and medicine cabinet. Medicine cab had 3 shelves but only enough supports for 1 shelf, there were however 2 extra screws in the box for I don't know what. The vanity had a large glue glob on one of the doors and the nylon bumpers were missing on half the drawers. They were not anywhere in the box either. The drawer slides supports were not fully seated. There were nylon feet attached to the bottom of the cab, however there were only 3 and the 4th one was not in the shipping box. Either have 4 or none at all. There was a paint touch up kit included with the cab but, it was the wrong color. I emailed Cherryworks and was told the factory would send them the missing parts right away and they would let me know when they came in.

We had a bathroom vanity and countertop made. The only good thing is the quality of the materials - however as mentioned in other’s reviews expensive for prefabricated cabinets. Can’t depend on them for design coordination. The sink bowl did not match the counter top. They matched the sink to the toilet and tub. The proposed photo showed cabinet drawers with drawer pulls - upon delivery I learned that hardware was not included - illustration purposes only. The cabinet was ordered with a drawer were the sink would sit. They expected my contractor to correct their error and modify the drawer to be a false panel. Customer service is poor - no show on confirmed date of repair, rescheduled and was told they would call me in the morning with an estimated time and the guys would call 30 minutes

Projects are routinely delivered late due to misordering of matetials and incompetence and lack of communication between salespeople and employees. Prices are frankly absurd for prefabricated cabinetry and shoddy workmanship, and the owner clearly has no qualms over markups of 500% or more while paying her employees a pittance and zero benefits to speak of besides. Quality has gone downhill steeply in recent years from what once was a truly custom cabinetry business to a prefab, marked-up racket.

Great sales pitch but slow follow up. Sean is very helpful and great to work with. Be prepared for a lot of detail questions. We'll worth the time spent.
