I called these guys after I had seen their advertisement on Facebook and spoke to a guy named Ken. He was very friendly, straightforward, knowledgeable & professional. The technician that arrived to my home was very polite & attentive. He explained the process of how they were going to treat the pet stains & remove the odors. Carpets came out looking much cleaner than I had expected, no more pet odors & my home is smelling so much fresher. When comparing prices for what they offer in their basic service is when I noticed other companies charge extra for (fiber rinse and deodorizer) that these guys do not. We recently moved into a home that very clearly had someone who did not care about cleanliness...they also had dogs. We slept with the windows open last night and when we woke, the smell of dog urine was so bad. We called and they were able to get us in same day. Curtis came out...he and his coworker were so professional and very helpful. He explained everything about their process to me and just made me feel so at ease, very friendly also. My first experience was scheduling. I had been told 9am appt. Then I get confirmation email appt 9-10am. Which I wasn't told there was a window. Then at 10.30am I called them and they told me oh mistake it should be a window of 9-11am. Then I get a call from the service person he's stuck in traffic and will not be there till closer to 12. I told him cancel my service and conveyed my annoyance. I Then get a call from management apologizing and wants to reschedule. I reluctantly agreed since I wanted to it done. The service person showed up this time BUT when it came time to pay we confirmed amount of which he emailed me invoice, which was correct. In checking my credit card I was over charged by over 20%. We had Cody clean our carpets, couch and chair today. He was very nice and very careful around my mom, who is in a hospital bed. did a wonderful job and some nice talks! definitely would use them again.
