On the morning when the epic snow was due to arrive and brutal temperatures expected, I woke up to discover my heat pump was not working. My HVAC company came to check it out and determined it was an electrical issue. I phoned Chesapeake Electric and the were able to get Zach out to my home that afternoon. We had an emergency situation and we were able to get same-day service on the weekend, with exceptional communication and attention to our problem. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and worked tirelessly to ensure we had our problem fixed as quickly as possible. I will say the call out fee is very high, however we were very happy with the service they provided and on extremely short notice.
