Brad replaced a furnace and cooling system downstairs and installed a new heat pump, ductwork, and air handler for the upstairs zone. From start to finish, Brad was a pleasure to work with. The cost of the project was very fair, wait time on parts and installation was reasonable, and the quality of work was way beyond expectations. On installation day, Brad and his crew were timely, respectful of my work-from-home routine, and kept my house clean. I’m endorsing Brad even though he did not actually fix our heat. The heat went out the week before Christmas and right before a cold snap was coming. We received a referral for Brad. Unfortunately, he couldn’t help us in time, but made a call to one of his competitors and got us lined up to be serviced right away. I appreciate him putting our needs as a customer first. I had Brad out a couple times now. Once for a heating issue and most recently he helped me out with a mid summer cooling issue. This latest visit really reflects his character.
