Called Chesapeake to get an estimate on my dehumidifier which is over 5 years old. Unit seems to be working well but they have a history of breaking down sometime after 5 years so I like to stay on top of things and I was looking at the replacement costs down the road. Company gave me an appointment and sent over a technician last week. Technician that arrived was Chris. Very nice and polite and we both went into the crawl space. He quickly discovered by looking at my unit that 5 years ago the plumber who put in the unit, put positioned it with the blower facing right on top of the wall! One of my HVAC systems had to be replaced. Anthony was able to come out less than 48 hours after I had to shut the system off in 20 degree temps. The install team were able to come out a few days later. They were done in one day and were very pleasant to deal with. The service, price, and warranty were better than other companies I received quotes from. The unit is super quiet compared to my other unit which is only a year older but a different brand. Will definitely use them again.

I can say nothing but good about Chesapeake and have recommended them to friends. We had so much trouble with our replacement HVAC system but we worked together to get it resolved. This actually meant another new system. They worked with us even though the manufacturer warranty had expired. Totally a class act!!
