My shower and tub surround was beautiful after it was glazed September 2022, however it started chipping within 6 months. John sent his repair man out and he reglazed the patch that was chipping. Within a couple months that area chipped again as well as all the walls and tub seat The contract states his work is guaranteed for 5 years however within 1 year the glaze is chipping off, it looks horrible and he DOES NOT return text messages, phone calls or emails!

John responds quickly to texts and calls and is flexible in addressing any concerns. My tub looks great and John quickly arranged to fix a mistake I made.

Just had some very nice work done by Cheseapeake PermaGlaze South. Rich was fast and friendly in my initial phone consult and took the pictures I texted him and made a good initial diagnosis of my peeling standing shower glaze. Bob (the technician) arrived and completed the repair in just under a couple of hours. The situation was less than ideal in that my shower had been the victim of some Harry Homeowner type reglazing (twice!) before I bought it which resulted in the issues I had. Bob was able to make it look good for a reasonable price to hold me over until i remodel the bathroom. At no point did I feel pressured into a higher sales amount and both Rich and Bob totally understood my desire not to spend enormous amounts of money fixing a problem that would be going away in a year

I just had my countertops refinished by Chesapeake Perma Glaze South. John provided excellent customer service from the initial contact through the completion of the job. I am thoroughly pleased with the work that was done. John and his team completely transformed my countertops. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking to refinish/update their countertops.
