This company warrants a zero-star rating. A plumber dispatched by Handler Homes to address a slow leak at the toilet base flushed the toilet, reported seeing nothing, and disregarded our explanation of the slow leak. When we requested an inspection of the wax ring, we were quoted an additional $125 charge. The plumber further suggested the leak might be urine, prompting us to request a different plumber. His response was, "good luck, I am the only available plumber", demonstrating unacceptable unprofessionalism. Given this experience, I strongly advise against using this company.

Chesapeake Plumbing was contracted by Keystone Custom Homes to do the plumbing in my home and the work was sloppy and subpar. Kitchen sink shoved in and not sealed damaging my countertop, shower drain not installed correctly causing mold to grow in the wall and a few other issues. Prior to my 1 year warranty expiring they were to do a walkthrough and check all things plumbing and they hardly looked at anything and acted like them doing a check of things was a major inconvenience. I would not recommend this company due to sloppy craftsmanship.

This company worked with Lennar home builders to install plumbing in my home. I have several leaks through out my home from their terrible work. I called them to come fix the problem. They explained to me that they could not come out to fix it due to my area not having a service technician. Interesting because they were able to come install the terrible plumbing system. Also, listed as the quality assurance team to fix the problem. If you want reliable plumbing choose another company.
