I had an issue with water coming into my basement. I called and Hugo was able to come out quickly, diagnose the problem, and offer me options for doing the repair. When the time came to do the job, he and his crew were very courteous and they did good work. After the work was done, Hugo followed up to make sure I was satisfied with everything and has been very responsive during the entire process.

I hired them to waterproof my garage. They proposed a tile drain with a pump from their engineers. Ultimately, the drain did not waterproof the garage as it is still wet every time it rains. Company will not honor their warranty to remedy the issue

Within a few days, the workers were at my house handling the water damages. I am very well pleased. I would recommend them to anyone.

After consulting several contractors who did not properly address my needs or concerns. I finally found Chesapeake Waterproofing and I was very please with the solution they offered and the workmanship. Daniel was so patience and attentive to my situation. The installers as well as the office staff were courteous and customer service oriented. I would definitely recommend this company for any waterproofing issues.
