Our well went out over the weekend. A mutual friend recommended this place. I am very glad we did. We thought we were gonna have to replace the whole pump and who knows what else. Joe came out. Good guy. Very friendly. He took time to find the issue. Wasn’t the pump. Lines had frozen solid. He got his heater out and fixed that as well as replaced the pressure switch and bladder tank. And he fixed a pressure issue we have had. Top notch service. Highly recommended. Any further calls will be to them.

Chesapeake Well & Pump Service exceeded all expectations! When my well system started having issues, they took the time to properly diagnose the problem instead of rushing into unnecessary fixes. They were completely honest about what was needed and super efficient throughout the process. Special shoutout to Joe—he works incredibly hard! He stayed on the job past 6:00 PM both nights to make sure everything was done right and the system was fully operational before leaving. The pricing was fair and transparent, no surprises or upselling. This team truly goes above and beyond to get the job done correctly and make sure their customers are happy. At a time when service matters, this place doesn't get it. Called to get a quote on replacement pump which they installed years ago and was greeted by a bitter human. Doesn't keep records, can't answer simple questions without an attitude, and refused to get anywhere close to a quote. Yes I've got another company coming, because the first few times I've called you couldn't be bothered to return the call. Idc what this dude charges, I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Bottom line: Do they know what they are doing? Absolutely. Joe did amazing work with our initial consult. His partner Steve leaves something to be desired. After delivering the final bid, I asked if they offered a Military discount with their services and if they accepted credit cards for payment. Steve got offended and immediately refused to work on my system because I couldn't write a 6.5K check. I had explained that I just had to replace both HVAC geothermal systems for 48K and didn't have the cash reserve. Business model needs to be updated for financing options and customer service definitely needs improving. It was like dealing with a toddler.

Our well was leaking by not holding pressure badly and needed new leather seals. Joe came out and fixed the same day even though it was raining hard. Joe Has the best work ethic I have seen in a very long time. Strongly recommend them as they are the real deal and really care about the customer and their work. Joe was very detailed with in-depth knowledge. Simply the best .
