Tyler was great and got to my house very quickly. He had the clog in our pipes fixed in a quick and timely manner. Can't thank him enough.

Arrived to a neighbouring 8 unit apartment complex blaring the horn for 10-15 min, hanging out the window of his service van screaming "time to get up!". I did not use the services but after that display I'll be certain not to.

Took a photo of a random driveway, never came to our house after postponing service. Completely flaky business.

Our kitchen sink/dishwasher was backing up along with our washing machine. I called Chesire Drain Service and got a prompt answer and options for service that worked around my person schedule. Came the next morning I called and fixed the problem in under an hour. If anyone wants a reliable plumber to fix the job quick, call Chesire Drain Service. Will be using again for sure. Thank you!

The Good: The issue with the water backing into the tub, was fixed. The Bad: He was 20 minutes late and made an absolute mess of the bathroom. He didn't clean anything up. The floors and tub were left dirty. There is debris all over the washing machine and on the floors. Nothing was put back the way it was found. When I called to ask, inquiring if he was returning...thinking maybe things were left in disarray because he needed to go out and get a part...I was told, "oh sorry. I got another service call so I rushed out." As if this job wasn't worth his time. What kind of service professional doesn't clean up their mess when they are done? I shouldn't have to now hire a cleaner to come clean the bathroom thoroughly after already spending money to fix a block in a drain. I am extremely frust
