Chesser Plumbing is the best! Karen worked with me through an issue I had with a Home Warranty Company, which was a nightmare! She was awesome... very understanding, patient, and honest!! When I finally got the approval from the HW Co, they were ready and waiting to install my hot water heater! Raymond was prompt and extremely knowledgeable! He had it done very quickly and actually cleaned up!! Nick, the owner, was very professional and priced right! I cannot say enough about this company... It was so nice to work with a company that actually cares!

Have to shout this company out. I called with the expectation of having to shell out a couple hundred bucks. After explaining my problem the person I was speaking with over the phone advised something I could try first that would cost around 30 bucks and I could do myself, which seems to have ended up being the issue. This kind of excellent service ensures that this company will be my first call for any plumbing issues and a company that I will recommend to everyone I know. The true embodiment of taking care of customers to earn them for life over trying to just make a quick buck today.

Although I appreciate their patience and moving the scheduled installation due to the delivery was Delays- Karen from at the office was fantastic. The employee on the installation date showed up 30 minutes early, and I met him at the house. The hot water tank was still in the box. I hadn’t even unpacked it.. Although I checked on him every 15 to 20 minutes- After he was done installing it, I noticed that the water tank was leaning, and I mentioned it to him. He said it would still pass the inspection. It’s not a worry. I paid $750 for installation, including them, pulling the permit- So, I had my father come over and look at it and he and I agreed that this is not right. For the cost of that installation and to make sure it was in code that water tank should’ve been standing upright just
