How come I can't give zero stars. That's what this company deserves. Never use this company! What a nightmare! The handyman Dimitri didn't show up at the agreed upon time and didn't call to let us know what was going on. Then three hours later he calls to say he's in the area. Then he did not do even half of the work he agreed to do and demanded full payment. When we said we'd pay him when the job was finished he stormed out of my house slamming my front door open and slamming my storm door open ripping it from the chain that holds the door from blowing open. This company is a complete scam. And Dimitri has no business working for anyone.

I recently hired a handyman for some home repairs, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They arrived on time, assessed the situation quickly, and completed the work efficiently. The quality of the repairs was top-notch, and they even offered helpful tips for future maintenance. It’s refreshing to find such reliable service!

If I could give this company 0 stars I definitely would. I called Chester Handyman Services around 11am on 12/31/22 to find someone to help me take my tv off the wall to raise the height and make the tv sit up straight instead of tilting. The young man that answered the phone was not friendly or welcoming at all. He rushed through our conversation and rudely asked me what services I needed to be done on my tv. I kept my same polite attitude even though it was not returned. I was told that all of the handymen were out on jobs at the moment and that someone would call me back with an estimate and availability to come out to my location. It is now 1/3/23 and I have not heard back from anyone. I had a bad feeling about calling this company in the first place from the few negative reviews that

SCAM ALERT!!!!!! I signed a contract with Chester Handyman Services which stated that my bathroom remodel would be completed within four business days. I gave a 50% deposit to the handyman Dimitri, as agreed upon in the contract. Dimitri informed me that the work would begin the next day. No one ever came to do the work. Dimitri would not return my calls. I notified Rachel, who emailed me the contract and she has yet to respond back to me. This company takes advantage of unsuspecting customers.

Two thumbs up to the very high class professionalize works of the handyman in the Chester Handyman Services! They brought good ratings to the company that made everyone in town trusts their services more. Great job! Very knowledgeable!!!
