When my well pump died in the dead of winter, leaving my family without any water pressure, I was understandably panicked. I left a voicemail at 9pm on a Sunday night, not expecting much, but hoping for the best. To my absolute amazement, they had someone out to my property and the problem completely resolved before noon. In less than 15 hours from my initial call, we had running water again. So incredibly impressed with Chevalier. Fixed a leaking well line at my house quickly, effectively, and at a totally reasonable price point. The plumber and contracted excavator were excellent, and I’ll absolutely be back when I need any sort of well servicing. I really appreciated that they were willing to explain their decision making throughout the process of digging and fixing the leak in my copper pipe. There’s a reason they’re so highly rated!

This is the way companies should be run! We had an issue with our well pump that potentially indicated more severe issues. I called and talked with one of the owners, explained the situation and they were able to fit us into their extremely busy schedule. Everything went smoothly with the fix (luckily it wasn't as bad as we feared) and they explained every step along the way. I had an excellent experience with them from start to finish, communication was excellent throughout, and I highly recommend them!

We had a leak in the piping connecting our well tank to the rest of our water system that came on very suddenly. Dave got out to our home (an hour away from his shop) the same day and fixed the problem very quickly, even in the middle of a very busy drought season.
