I had the best experience with Brandon and his team, and I want to share it. I chose them for my project because they beat the larger companies in Spokane by about a thousand dollars. But the reason I’ll be back is absolutely the customer service. They are timely and true to their word. And they went above and beyond in helping me move my furniture out of the way for the new carpet and even put everything back when they were done! I’ve had the best experience with them 10/10 recommend
Even if you buy their products they DO NOT guarantee it will be installed. Even with a quote! Their excuse is they are not part of the store. Over and over I did not see the red flag!
Brenda and Alan are amazing business owners who definitely treat their customers very well 😀 , Thank you guys for everything... Also a huge thank you to TNT flooring for your amazing work..
Priced a little high, but over all great customer service and installation.
Nicest staff around. Great prices for our little town. Stay local for sure.
