Chi Fuels is an awesome company. The owner and the staff are upstanding guys. They came out to repair my furnace after hours and on a holiday. I truly appreciate these guys for their outstanding work. This company comes highly recommended.

This company is great if you need fuel, don’t doubt them just call and they will be there. Today is Saturday. I contacted them at 7:30 AM and they were here by nine. Prices are great customer service friendly very decent company. They just got a new customer.

I highly recommend Chi Fuels for home oil delivery. Lisa & Alex are our saviors. We ran out of heating oil. They came to our aid in an emergency when no other supplier could (or would). Excellent service. They changed their delivery route to accommodate us. No additional fee charged for expedited service. After delivery, Alex asked to make sure the boiler was running. It wasn't and he fixed it on the spot. He could have charged us a fee but didn't. He saved us time and money by proactively asking. He could have just left after filling our tank and we would have been in a lurch. Excellent service.

Have had an issue with my heating system since the beginning of the cold season - it wouldn't turn on! Having absolutely no experience with these systems and an extremely tight budget, I tried to call local fuel companies and work out a deal: I'll sign a contract with you, if you can have someone look at my system for free. They all wanted around $150 just to have a technician show up; not including parts and labor. I ran through several larger companies; all wanting a deposit, several wouldn't answer any questions until they had my name, phone, and address so they could solicit 24/7.
