Crux was a pleasure to work with, he was attentive to what we wanted and executed the design perfectly. Our vision came to life and exceeded our expectations. Not only is his work great but he is also a very nice guy and it was truly awesome to have worked with him and his talented crew. Would HIGHLY recommend this company for all of your outdoor living space needs!

Cruz - doesn’t give a start date or projected completion date. He doesn’t answer calls or return them as I had questions before him starting the work. He’s very hard to get ahold of. The crew that arrived for the job we’re doing something totally different than what the contract and our agreement stated. I tried calling him 4x that morning and got no call back. I was stuck watching the crew do something (demo work) which stressed me out. Finally got ahold of Cruz and he said that his phone was on mute. He did take care of the situation but wasn’t forthcoming about anything. The job turned out okay. I’m leaving a one star due to the lack of communication and correspondence with you and us. Won’t hire again. Nightmare situation.

I hate to give bad reviews but did not have a good experience with Cruz. He showed up one hour late, I let that go, seemed like nice guy. We went over everything and he said he would get back to me with an estimate. After one week texted him and he said, sorry, but he would send that evening. Never happened and haven’t heard from him since. Disappointing.

They put in our concrete driveway, brick walkway, brick patio and brick porch in Oct 2015. Starting last year the porch steps started to come loose. In the spring of this year, 2021, we contacted them and they came out to look at it. We were told they would be back to repair it in a couple weeks and that’s the last we heard from them. Now the problem is worse and the stairs are collapsing. We have left numerous voicemails and sent many emails with no response. They should stand behind their work and respond. Do not use this company!
